Is there a way to disable "flood protect" for staffs only
I believe it's disabled automatically for staff. I know I don't have any posting limits here.
But my staffs are saying that they have to wait for 20 -30 sec because of the flood protection.
It's no per user setting: you can set the amount of seconds you have to wait to post another message... maybe your staff are only moderators, and I don't think the limit is removed for them.
