I have had my board closed from the public for 4 months but recently I noticed these similar IP addresses are always lurking my forum. Even though my board is closed to the public they are still capable of viewing threads, profiles, index, etc. according to Who's Online. They are there 24/7. I don't know if this is a cause of concern because I've never heard of anything like this. Here are the two IP addresses and their host name:

They can't view the mentioned places (they see error pages) unless you give them extra permissions in ACP.

ahrefs.com is more or less a web scraper. The issue I have with them is that they're kind of on the abusive side, as you've noticed with them sending tens of IPs at your forum at the same time, so I personally block them. Up to you what to do in the end though.
