I have installed it all correctly, Using PHP 5.4 etc.

As you can see it looks to be some sort of Javascript problem (i think)

I re added all the jscript files but still the same problem.

Im not the best with CSS so i do apologise if the answer is infront of my face.

EDIT: Am i missing something from my theme? Such as adding the border around it or something? 

you have to add required CSS style properties to the global.css of the theme

which version of MyBB you are using and which version of the DVZ shout box ?
you have to use this version of DVZ shoutbox for MyBB 1.6.x

That might be it, I will give it a try. Im on the latest of both.

Right unfortunantly that plugin is not compatible with my version of MyBB. Nothing we can do to fix it then?

I am on MyBB 1.8 Using a 1.6 theme.

can you please clarify which version of MyBB you are using - it is shown at home page (dash board) of admin panel

you should use 1.8.x compatible theme so that 1.8.x version's plugins work on your forum
