I am using Mybb 1.8.4
and my php verison is 5.2.17

see modified version of inferno shoutbox

i got it installed thanks, is there a way i can put it on the bottom instead on the top

on the index template of the theme you can move {$inferno_shoutbox} to below of {$forums}
