Hi

I have done a fresh install of my MYBB forum

I have 7000+ users who were part of my old forum which was a phpBB

I have all of them stored in CSV file as follows:

Name - User name - Email - Password

Is it possible to import them into the current installation of MyBB?

I don't want to revert back to phpBB but i also don't want all 7000 users to have to re register.

I don't mind if the have click "LOST PASSWORD" to be given a new password. But i don't want them to have to re register

MyBB doesn't support importing using CSV files. However there is now the merge tool, but this tool is BETA. So probably you need to wait until it is released, as this tool will merge your phpbb with MyBB by importing threads, users, polls etc...

What is the format of the CSV file? Can you paste a few lines here as an example?

I transfered my phpbb users and they just pushed the "lost password" and retrieved it as that was the only way to log in.
