I get this error when trying to open it:

Fatal error: Declaration of _objcont_1::fetch_array() must be compatible with DB_Base::fetch_array($query, $resulttype = 1) in /home/content/29/8946729/html/forum/inc/plugins/xthreads.php(879) : eval()'d code on line 30

like the error message states the error occurs within a plugin file. Most likely this is not a MyBB bug, but one of the xthreads plugin. Please disable / remove this plugin and try again.

You shouldn't uninstall xThreads unless you want to loss data. Update the plugin instead, IIRC there is an 1.8.4 functional version now.

I cannot find an updated version of Xthreads anywhere..
