I am using MentionMe 2.3.3 on myBB 1.8
It seems to tag users with styling, but when you try and tag someone (e.g @RVP991) it won't show in alerts for some reason.
I am using MyAlerts (development version) for this also.
I know it's possible as I have seen it working on a 1.8 myBB board perfectly fine.
Can anyone help me with this? I am willing to pay a small fee if it can be solved.

However when I try to enable alerts for everyone I get an error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mention_mass_enable_alerts() in /home/dvfwqmnd/public_html/inc/plugins/MentionMe/mention_install.php on line 336
you must have "myalerts 2.0.0" installed and enabled, then disable and uninstall "mentionme" and install it again.

Yeah i tried that, still can't force it upon everyone for some reason..

Does anyone know how I can make the "Alerts" box a dropdown box instead of having to click it and it appears in the middle of the screen?

That is what you want but it's recomended on a box, because consumes lesser queryes, when you click it every click made a request and the same for clic, but you have only clic and wait and not clic clic clic, close and open, 1 request for any time.
The enable for all does not work, because have changed and by default all have enabled, so you have to not use that option because tables does not exist anymore and then, error.
That's all, if you have 1.6.x use MyAlerts 1.05 and MentionMe fr 1.6 and goes fine, otherwise use develop version of MyAlerts 2.0 at your own risk because is in developer mode and not recomended on live forums. And that is the fnal fact to make no compatible plugins to work with MyAlerts, because not ready yet

But No,its only a temp solution until wildcard release a new version of his plugin, it's a hard coded work and i don't have time to check it out now, but maybe in the future if there's no solution i work on it if i know how to start
(I have to know how plugin works and then add it or change it some things to make works, because at this point i don't know nothin about it, because i don't use any other function, only mentions people on posts manually, add an alert and that's all).
