I have a simple question but do not know how to solve the problem this creates me.

It happens that I want to eliminate the stylesheet css3.css

In what way can you do? What part of the code should be modified?

Just remove everything in it? (assuming by the way you said it you want to get rid of the whole stylesheet)

Yes, I want to delete all the stylesheet.
