MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:1054 - Unknown column 'longlastip' in 'field list'Query:UPDATE mybb_users SET lastvisit='1424711291', lastactive='1424937677', lastip='74.56.254.71', longlastip='1245249095' WHERE uid='2'

there is a problem with the shop button
     1. tried installing and deactivating and activating.
     2. Shop button won't show up
     3. Won't let you add anything in the shop

Please we need help, because we cannot figure it out, and our attempts to fix it seems to get worse.

have you run the upgrade script (by visiting forumURL/install/upgrade.php)

The url doesn't takes me anywhere? We have been having problems with trying to upgrade the site... Is it possible you can give me step by step instructions to fix it or if you guys could fix it on the site?

i ran the upgrade but then it broke the site so i had to lock it‏
