This is nothing more than CSS rounded corners which requires aslo template editing.

Let's make this simple so everyone can stop asking questions like these...
MyBB uses templates that contain HTML / XHTML code which outline the layout of the forums. You can change everything about the layout and positions of parts of the forum using them. MyBB uses a CSS theme to make the template look snazzy and do cool stuff that isn't possible with regular HTML.
So the put things very very very simply...if it is on another website, you can make MyBB look like it.
Precisely, Any Template/Theme You find from another Website can be made to the mybb forums, I'll be coming out with a modified theme of the mybb default.
If you pay them for the theme license...I wil gladly convert it to mybb for you at a reasonable price.
I also do custom templates and if you want something similar....not a problem at all.
