Hi,

Is there a way so that moderators can add only regular groups and they cant add admin group? Basicly i want my moderators to add basic user groups but i want that they cant add higher groups like admin/owner etc.

If a moderator has access to the usergroups in ACP they can promote themselves to admin.

That is how it works afaik.

But is there a way that they can add user groups from mod cp?

If you implent it, they can still add them self to Admins.

But is there a way so that they cant add admin?

You would require a plugin; assuming one could be written.

Is there any plugin for that?

Not that I know of.
