When you change the reputation settings, it seems that the amount of givable rep doesn't seem to update immediately - It seems to only update if I close the browser.

I don't see any reason why this would happen, settings/permissions are stored server-side. Of course you need to refresh the page to see the changes applied in ACP. Can't reproduce any bug so rejecting.

Well, refreshing did NOT work for me, but I'll leave this as is unless it pops up again.
