I've tried to bump this thread twice - once after 24 hours and once after several days because I need help still.

After the first bump, I realised you had the merge post option enabled without an specified timeframe to stop it, so I started a new thread and was told off by staff.

Please can you limit the bumping to 48 or 72 hours or something, so those who still need help with our unanswered topics can get it?

I was under the impression auto merging was set at 24 hours.

You can indeed bump but the auto merge setting is there to prevent bumping after only a few hours.
