what are these two global announcement plugins?
one is the usercp announcements and the other global announcements

thats not support for the plugins when they are unknown LOL
there are two in the repository, i would like people to discuss which one they prefer

PM notice is internal feature of
MyBB and you can try both the plugins and use the one which you like
I do not see any scope for discussing / comparing those
two similar plugins (
OUGC Announcement Bars &
BAM Announcements Manager)
