hello
i disable soft delete feature in my forum because i no need that
after i upgrade my forum from 1.8.3 to 1.8.4 this feature works, although it's disable in Configuration => Posting => Enable Soft Delete for Users => i put it on " No "
why i can't disable that? how i can solve this problem?

As the setting says, it applies only to regular users (not mods or admins). We are planning to add another setting for a default behaviour for them in 1.8.6 though: https://github.com/mybb/mybb/issues/1894
