I recently had This plugin installed.
It won't let me reply to the tickets? It says I don't have permission. I am an administrator and have the setting set that administrators can reply to them.

Is there something I am missing on how to be able to reply?

I have the same issue, all other user groups can reply and close but as admin I can't...

I have even tried making test accounts and trying that on those incase it was just my account and it still didn't work :s
