Full Version: How To Stop Users From Posting URLs In Post/Comments Having Less Posts ?

Hi,
How to restrict new users from posting url to their sites in our forum when creating a New Thread Or Comments . Only Allowing users Who have atleast 50 Posts Or 100 Posts In grp , Is there any Plugin to do so ?
Or Mybb Setting For it ?
