My fist question is that how can I find out a translated version of mybb is reliable and safe to use??

Depends on what exactly you mean by "reliable and safe to use" and where you downloaded it.

I mean security , I mean I don't wanna see some day my database is stolen.. I look for persian/farsi one ,
