MyBB Community Forums

I looked all those configuration at admin control panel ,searched here and at google ... to find option that allow me to force to stay at top ... Did I overlooked for it ? ... Where is that at ? ... and not sure if I said/asked the right words ... example : Rules and Regulations and Introduce yourself here ... order number isn't working or I must have done tweak it wrong.

yes but I can not do this ... I see no forum post "orderings" ... just title/category only ... how do I see posts ? like that mybb document link above that said this is a forum

are you using separate forums for them ? if so navigate to forum management in the admin panel
(forums & posts section) and change the order numbers (next to forums name) & click on save forum orders button

it has order(ing) numbers there ... not just "forum category" ... as well as "forum post" ... What did I do wrong ?
