Hello everyone, so I'm new to all this and that's why i'm having some problems when trying to set up a few banners to my forum.
It's simple, I just want to add some special features to my forum page. On the sides of it to be specific.

As you can see in the image, I want to know how I can set up a "Social" feature to my forum just like the one at the LEFT and also I want to add something like that "Global (...)" to the right, as well as some HTML codes.
I've been reading alot of different threats, aswell as trying to find a mod that maybe can help me setting this things up but I've no luck so far.
Thanks to anyone that's willing to help me with this. As you guys can see, I'm still new in this so hopefully this will help me to improve!
