Basically, I have an odd system for the upgraded guys userbars, to hard to explain, but how would I give a member a certain userbar? Like I don't want to have to make a separate custom group for this, I just want to give the user a custom userbar.
How would I do this?

I suggest you look up template conditionals. If anything can do it that can.
