I've repaired all the downloads that I can, although it seems that a very small number were not able to be restored since they were submitted shortly after the necessary backup was made. This download appears to be one of the few that are affected.
In this case, it would probably be better contacting the original download author and asking for the file to be uploaded again. The author of this download is KiNGW@LF.
