Hello i want to add a system that if everyone registers to my forum, then a message should be automatically send to him containing my forum rules in my specific thread with the link of thread

Use this Plugin Mybot :

and just upload it into the plugin folder and then install & activate the plugin and goto configuration and Select Mybot Settings .
I have installed, but it is not showing in "Plugins" .
Now what to do?
Goto Configuration >>> Scroll Down And find Mybot and then modify settings .
