I've posted on our forum and want people who are not registered to be able to see it. Despite the permissions saying guests can view threads, they can't. I've tried it with a portable browser and indeed each time I try to view the page it simply asks me to register.
Does anyone know what might be wrong?

Home » Board Settings » Login and Registration Options
=> Force Users to Login
