Has anybody come across this? We have a user on our thread and her username is Here Am I. 

When she tried to log on, the following popped up. 

Any ideas? I have looked in the admin panel and there are no other usernames - just the Here Am I

Looks to me like she has a password manager of some sort installed and this prompt is referring to updating her saved password locally as it is detecting a change to her saved forum credentials. Has she ever gone by either of the other two usernames? I'd suspect so, and it would further support my theory here if that's the case.

So you think this popup box was created by her computer and not MyBB?

That's what it looks like from the screenshot you provided. It could be Firefox's built-in password manager or a third-party program but it definitely doesn't appear to be MyBB related.
