i have installed it but i was unable to find ougc awards option in Users & Groups

Does the installation really works ? Are all tables created / altered ? Did you install the required "Plugin library" ?

yes . In mod cp awards panel are visible .

mybb_ougc_awards
&
mybb_ougc_awards_users

Can you post a screenshot of the "Users & groups" section in ACP ?
Peharps is it something I already experiment: a lack in translation, so you don't see the new link to the options.

Edit : you can try to replace module=user with module=user-ougc_awards in your admin url to verify if OUGC award works

by going to module=user-ougc_awards access denied occur ...... see screen shoot

Peharps must you have to change your admin permission to be allowed to access to ougs award.
Check your profil and your admin options.

oh i'm blind

all problems are solved . i have no permission for manage some of the featuers of my forum now i have to set the permission to yes now every thing is going to work .
