Since upgrading to 1.8.3 users are unable to post new threads.

The input area lacks the input filed. See attached screen shot. This is what I see using 7 browsers on 2 platforms.

Ideas anyone?

at the theme properties you can try changing the editor style
if above suggestion doesn't help then can we have your forum url & a test user account
