Hello My name is Muhammad Waqas. I am running MyBB forum on my website: www.rawalpindiforum.pk. I have an issue that I have set my User registration method as Send Email Verification as it is shown here:

but when someone register on my forum, I have to activate him manually. I created a test user account named waseel to check auto activation but you can see here that I have to activate the users manually:

Please guide me how do I resolve this issue.

What do you mean by "I have to activate"? The activation button in ACP is optional to press and noone forces you to use it... Also there is no "auto activation" with that setting set to Send Email Verification, you have to visit the Email entered during registration and click a link to activate the account. Have you done that?

then which settings i have to use to auto activate my users?

In the dropdown setting you posted on the 1st screen there is "Instant Activation" option..
