Everytime my members want to change page of the forums on my website it keeps asking them to log in to the ftp and I was looking in settings and everything and can not find what it could be I was wondering if any of you could give me some help as I am stuck on what to do

here is a screenshot of what one of my admins sent me with the login
Multiple group images refer to ftp:// resources - set them using a http:// path.
Edit: delayed response.

looks like you are using password protection for folders (may be for several folders) & that could be the cause

^^ okay I will go and change them now and look at it, as I think all of my group images are ftp

Edit - But all of my images are on my ftp so how could I go around setting them to a http:// path

Also how would I go around seeing if they are password protected folders (sorry if it is a stupid question)
You need a password to access files through FTP - that's why browsers ask for it when trying to load these resources.
Everything inside the public_html folder will appear on your website through the HTTP protocol (no password needed) with the same folder structure, so the Head%20Admin.png file will be accessible on http://elementalgaming.org/images/Head%20Admin.png (and that's what you should change it to).
So what ever the name is of the image on my ftp put it into a html so for example if the head admin image in my ftp was named HeadAdmin.png and the link I am using is

ftp://~/~~/public_html/images/HeadAdmin.png

Instead of the ftp:// I should be using

http://elementalgaming.org/images/HeadAdmin.png ??

Correct.
Okay I will come back to you if it is working or not but if it is thank you very much!

Edit- a few of my admins and members tried it out and they are no longer getting the required log in authentication thank you very much for your help dude appreciate it
