I am in need of a custom theme and logo for my Pokémon-based website. I'm awaiting responses on several custom theme websites, and I don't know if I'll have any luck at any of them. I'm beginning to think that the graphics community has dissipated over the years.
If you are a designer or know a credible designer looking for a job, please contact me. My budget is ~$200 (may fluctuate depending on further discussion).

There is plenty of time for this work to be completed, but I want to find someone that's interested as soon as I can.
