Hey I've got another problem with my forum, this happened recently and not too sure

I was thinking it may be the theme but I don't think it is since it was working earlier.

ensure that cache folder, cache/themes folder & sub-folders of cache/themes are writable (CHMOD 777)

navigate to global.css of your theme through admin panel and save it without any changes

admin panel >> Templates & Styles >> themes >> your theme >> global.css >>
Edit Stylesheet: Advanced Mode --> save
