EDIT: I SOLVED IT BY ADDING A NEW THEME TO THE ACP
So last night my css for the acp was working fine, but now its like this:


And the actual acp once you sign in is the same exact way.
All of the css is broken, even though I can still do everything. Its working but the css is broken.


The last thing I did to the acp last night before the css broke was edit a Module_meta.php in modules / users.

Ended up deleting those edits as they didn't work though.

It probably has something to do with this problem.

Reupload /admin/modules/user/module_meta.php to your /admin/modules/user directory.

Ok so then I would reactivate the plugins?

If you have plugins already activated, you don't need to deactivate them.

It started working again on its own.
