I have been running my forum for over a month now however just today the below error came up, why is this happening?

Weird. I just fixed it by changing 'localhost' to '127.0.0.1' in the inc/config.php file. But my question is now why did it suddenly stop working?

Your host likely changed something, but localhost should resolve to 127.0.0.1 anyway so it's odd that doing that fixed it.

Yea very weird, well i'm the host and it happened when I was out so I have no idea haha.
