When I go to install (mydomain.com/install) it says, "The installer is currently locked, please remove 'lock' from the install directory to continue." I have removed 'lock' from the install directory but I still get this error. Any help or guidance is much appreciated, thanks.
looks like there is some type of cache system and files deletions / changes are not reflecting immediately.
