This is a stupid question i know.. I have a test forum which is only for spammers , advertisers, bots and total for a bad member..
1.Since now i have 340 bots installed but none of them are coming
2. How to bring more spammers and let them post something

i didn't .. i told you it was a test forum i added a lot of plugins , about 10-16 .. also phpmyadmin data base was deleted 2-4 times..
how can i get it back??

Are you trying to test a new spam plugin or something? I might be able to help you out.
I'll be a fake spambot.
If you are indeed looking for fake spambots, just submit your link to a ton of different forums. Also, submit your website to Google indexing, which will, over-time, bring lots of spam.
