If you have a backup on your computer, yes I would go with phpmyadmin. I use that for pretty much everything.

That thread should help you. Just look for the phpmyadmin way. There are other ways too. So just do whatever you feel you are most comfortable with. It's pretty simple, make a new database (if you want) and click the import tab, import that file, change your config.php file to match that database name and you're good.

here is the thing I installed google seo and didnt know how to use it or how to work with it and I decided to uninstall it the correct way it shows you how to uninstall it but it messed with certain links in mybb and in my admin panel. I did make a backup of my database before doing anything changes but I don't know what I am suppose to do to get it back to working normal again and I did lots of hours of editing to one custom theme.

Do you want to restore the database or the theme?

xdnaclan.net is my website. When I click on calendar it doesn't show up anymore. Also in my admin panel when I try to do a rebuild/reload all it shows white screen
fixed one problem. now how can I fix the calendar part? it gives me a 404 page because the link shows: http://xdnaclan.net/Calendar-Default-Calendar but when I highlight it shows /calendar.php

Your calender looks fine to me, and the link works perfectly. But if you need to, check your header template and just double check everything.
