Right now I have just a test page up on my board. I've added some categories and some forums. But when I added sub-forums, they show up on the main page?? I would like to have it so that I only see the sub-forums link in the actual subforum.

You'll see that I have Categories and forums listed on the main page. But if you click on most of the forums on the main page, you'll see all the sub-forums.

SO is it possible to have it set up like that on my mybb board??

This is the way the system works. Sub-forums are only shown with a link if the degree to which they are above others is more than 3 levels above.

Thank you kindy, if I only could understand what that means though.
I probably need to stick with HTML & FLASH.


Just one question though, so there isn't a way to not have the subforum link show on the main page? You probably just said that but just to make sure. because I have over 50 sub-forums on my original board, but that would mean they would all show up on the main page. It would probably make it look messy.

Not all the links will show up. There is a setting in the ACP under "Forum Home" that you can change.

I didn't see that option in the ACP.

It's the second setting down. It's called "Subforums to show on Index listing"
