Oke i know there are threads from mybb 1.6 but i am not sure if there is a tutorial for moving my webhost from old one to new one!

can someone helps me?

It'd be the same as for 1.6, but basically:
  • Download all files and reupload to new host
  • Backup database and import to new database on new host
  • Edit ./inc/config.php to enter new database details
Then if you have your own domain, you'll also need to change your DNS to point to the new server.
