I do remember that, but the amount of response u got from others saying its not similiar, made me inspired to make this theme

Because I didn't know how the other theme was, when I started designing the theme, I can't even imagine there's another one "similar" from what I was doing, also, I agree with a lot of people, it's not similar, but I respect the work of Eric, that's why I asked him if, at least for him, my theme was a copy or a theme based on his work... he says he thinks the style was made based on his theme, that's why I stopped the developing of that theme.

Again, don't take me wrong, I'm no one to judge your work, but ripping or make designs with the base or even the full copy of others, it's disrespectful. You need the approval of that designer to create something based on their work, more if you want to sell your work, based on others.
