I'm trying to make a good looking theme but i have got lost and dont know how to fix some of my stuff ups in it. If you could help me out i will make a list of my problems that need to be fixed.
Problem 1:

as a design problem i don't think it looks very good what do you think i should do to make it look nicer?
Problem 2:
All my icons are missing what are your suggestions for better icons?
Problem 3:
The theme isn't very responsive to different sized screens ie: Iphone and then a laptop. I currently have a small knowledge base of making things responsive but i'm just incredibly stuck at the moment.
