I see non english characters in ipaddress colun here

INSERT INTO ..._adminlog (`uid`,`ipaddress`,`dateline`,`module`,`action`,`data`) VALUES ('3','1Îå»','1423161804','style-templates','edit_template','a:4:{i:0;N;i:1;s:6:\"online\";i:2;i:5;i:3;s:19:\"BB_Simple Templates\";}');

Same problem in other tables like ..._users

CHARSET=utf8

Is this expected behaviour after upgrade?

IP address are stored as binary data.
