Sir, I wish to Limit Reputation system to only usergroup greater than Senior members. To minimize Reputation abuse.

How could I achieve this?

You need to create few groups. One for users and one for Senior members and disallow users to give rep (Admin CP -> Users & Groups -> Groups -> <Name of group to disallow rep> -> Users and permissions -> Can give reputations tousers? Uncheck box)
