How to save my site from sql injection? Is there any way? I wanna sent every new user a welcome message not the verification mail. Is it possible?

Not really (because every forum can be hacked by someone skilled and talented enough), but you can setup proactive measures by following cliche advice like keeping your forum and plugins updated, using a secure password, and never giving anyone access to Admin CP. Also, take advantage of the core MyBB security settings like Admin PIN and 2-step verification. But this forum here: http://community.mybb.com/forum-153.html contains some nice advice that I think you and everyone should read and at least consider.

There is no working Welcome PM plugin for 1.8.4 > right now. Hopefully someone sees this and will develop a free plugin since it was a pretty popular plugin on 1.6
