Hi i installed my alerts but for some reason 2014 alerts shows not new link in signature

you see the very first one you cant even click on the messege it just shows name

alerts now shows but color is not clear can anyone guide please

Looks like an issue with your theme. It seems to use a text shadow, which you'll have to remove in the alerts.css file. I can't tell you how to do that without seeing the forum though. Can you send me details for an account to test with that has a few alerts?
