The feature is no currently available in myBB.
I would like to be able to classify smileys in different categories.
For example via a dropdown menu.

For your avatars, you simply have to create a subfolder for each category. Why not make it possible for smileys too?

I need the same thing. Why not making tabs to the pop up "Smiley's listing" in order to seperate smileys as in watsup etc.?
