Hey, Thanks for taking the time to look at this. Recently i upgraded to mybb 1.8 and for some strange reason my theme works perfectly fine except for the custom theme pictures such as the collapse button.

Some images seems to be missing from the correct folders

It's not so much as missing the image (it's not missing) as it is incompatible 1.6 theme being used with 1.8 version. Try finding updated templates and either 1) comparing differences or, 2) reverting the template.

I would start with headerinclude template if I were you.
