I am really feeling very bad. I have tried to install Google SEO plugin and it brings spammers when I add the .htaccess file.

Kindly give me an alternate of this plugin or tell me how to make search engine friendly urls.

You probably get the lowest amount of spammers if you block everything in your robots.txt and don't let guests view your content in general. A "pay to register" model is also very effective against spammers.
