Hello

I would like to ask how do I give permission to a group / member to being able to Access Admin Panel and create forums / sub-forums, etc...

ACP > Users & Groups > Groups > Group you want to edit > General

Scroll to the bottom of the page, at Moderation/Administration Options. Make sure "Yes, users of this group can access the admin CP" is ticked.

Hi.

Go to Admin CP -> Users & Groups -> Admin permissions

Click at name of admin for who you wanna edit permissions and do that.
