How do I fix it the so the width is all the way & correct!

ACP > Templates > Forum Display Templates > open up 'forumdisplay_subforums'

change

<td class="tcat" width="2%">&nbsp;</td><td class="tcat" width="2%">&nbsp;</td>

to

<td class="tcat" width="2%">&nbsp;</td>

I assume that you use Ficons made by Labrocca?

Please provide a forum url. Screencaps show the issue, it doesnt make it easy to find it.

It looks like you haven't edit all templates you should. Table is displayed totally wrong...

I realized what the issue was and have managed to fix it.
