@Naveen Not Registered Users are called as "Guests"!
So you have to Go to Your Website Control Panel >>>>> Click on Users And Groups >>>> Click on Groups >>>> Click On Guests >>>>> Than Click On Forum and Posts and "Tick or Check" Can view board? and Can view threads? and You have Done and everyone Can View Your Website!
